Which has given me great team work skills, a hard work ethic, and top notch leadership skills. I was also in the Coast Guard for a brief time before getting medically discharged for an injury I'm fully recovered from. So my nautical knowlege is there but just the basics.

acuraman: Ex Coast Guard, competent in all things boating. I cook too!
More about me that you. I have a very mechanical background. I am a "Jack of all trades" master of most. You saw that I'm a Scuba Diving Instructor. I'm also a Commercial Hard hat Diver. The kind that work on oil rigs. I'm a licensed Airplane Pilot. I know a lot about engines, boat systems and I specialize in electric and electrical systems.

General things about me. I'm married 29 years and have been with my wife for 33 years. I currently work in the mechanical industry and have worked for the same company for 25 years. I'm financially independent.

Regarding financials. I have no problem getting to a boat and contributing as needed.

In reference to sailing. I grew up as the son of a Naval Officer and lived on the water all my life. I learned to sail at the age of six. I will admit that I've been mostly a power boater for most of my life, but did mix it up a bit sailing, when the opportunity presented itself. You can see my American Sailing Association certifications are fairly recent, This only because I have been boating for fifty years and unlike my Pilot's license, I didn't have any documentation proving I know what I'm doing when it comes to boating.

Love ocean: We are strong, creative and loving the ocean people. When we both became SCUBA Instructors we discovered an enormous amount of passion towards teaching diving, surfing and other water sports because thatís the best way to share knowledge, experience, and provide the space for people to really enjoy themselves... That also gives us this unique opportunity to open peoples hearts and minds to the boundless beauty hidden underwater. We love surfing more than anything and no matter what we do we're trying to live the best life one can come up with.
Last few years 've been traveling and working around the world and we got a dream to get an ocean cat and go live in the South Pacific, surf beautiful waves, eat the best seafood we can catch freediving and create... music, all sorts of art, documentaries about people on our planet, underwater life and adventures. There is a huge amount of information we need to download into our heads together with getting into more sailing and the ocean life.
We find working on yachts makes our dream bigger and closer because the more and harder we work (in a combination with desire to grow, to learn everything and inspiration) the more valuable and diverse our experiences are. We need to advance our career towards becoming pros in the art of sailing.
