Captain/Chef Couple Wanted for Lagoon 630 – Private
We seek an experienced and passionate Captain and Chef Couple to manage and operate a prestigious Lagoon 630 luxury catamaran with a large chase boat for exclusive private use in the Mediterranean.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience aboard a meticulously maintained Lagoon 630. We are looking for a dynamic, professional team that shares a passion for sailing, hospitality, fine dining, and creating unforgettable family experiences.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Both licensed captains (RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore or equivalent) preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Mediterranean cruising grounds
• Chef with formal culinary training or extensive fine dining experience
• Specialization in Mediterranean/Italian cuisine is highly desirable
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
• Outgoing, guest-oriented, and experienced in delivering personalized, luxury service
• Ability to work harmoniously as a team and create a welcoming onboard environment
Responsibilities:
• Full vessel operation, navigation, and maintenance oversight
• Vessel upgrades before the season – Interior and Technology
• Designing and preparing customized, high-quality menus tailored to the family’s preferences
• Managing onboard provisioning, budgeting, and accounting
• Ensuring the highest levels of safety, comfort, and family guest satisfaction
• Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the yacht

• Full-year contracts available, depending on candidate availability and performance
Start Date:
• May 2025 for the 2025 Mediterranean season
Location:
• The initial base is in Mallorca, with future cruising around the Mediterranean for the summer season.
