Panama to Colombia

I’m looking for crew to assist me sailing from Panama back to the eastern Caribbean. The first leg will be to Colombia last week in October.
Crew who wants to gain miles, experience or just a short adventure would be very welcome to join. Happy for novice crew that have some experience of being onboard a cruising/liveaboard boat and understands the general concepts of life onboard. Someone who is eager to integrate with the boat & lifestyle. Voluntary basis.
