Cleaning and maintenance help wanted. Spanish and US Virgin Islands, Culebra, PR.

I'm looking for help doing cleaning and maintenance projects in September, will be in Fajardo and Culebra, PR, and will sail over to St Thomas USVI. I have a 43' Dufour, 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, electric toilets, unlimited solar power, and more, it's very nice and comfortable. I am mostly going to be anchored in a beautiful bay doing projects, we will be sailing to St Thomas late September to get supplies and most likely will go to St John & St James while we are there. I don't need sailing crew, I have solo sailed around the world. I really need someone who is a good helper, and to help motivate me to get maintenance projects done.

My proposal is: You help me 5 hrs a day, 6 days a week, and the rest of the day is yours, snorkel, dive, spearfish, fish, kayak, swim, hike, explore, relax. I will give you a great room and your own bathroom, and I am an excellent cook, you will eat well. FREE, but not paid. Or you can cook and do dishes as part of your time commitment.

About me: I am divorced, Christian after having an amazing Life or Death encounter (but NOT religious or trying to push it on you), but if you want to hear some amazing stories, I have plenty to share about the supernatural and God. I am ridiculously nice, too much so. I have amazing Patience, Peace, and Wisdom and I value them highly. So no drama. I'm not a perv or creeper, and you will be very safe on my boat. Check out my Facebook Group:
Sailing Adventurers Club. I have taken over 150 people on sailing trips from Ecuador, Panama, Columbia, and the entire Caribbean. You can see pics of the boat, me, and how much fun others had going with me. Feel free to message any of them and ask about me or their trip. I can give you lots of references, I am safe.

Rum Drinks from sundown until bed? Absolutely! (Painkillas). Im ok with moderate drinking at anchor in the evening, and i don't mind is someone wants weed, but no other drugs.

Maintenance project are simple, more cleaning than anything else, we will be doing some sanding and revarnishing wood, cleaning teak, painting, pull out stuff from compartments and clean, some organizing, I will be replacing some engine parts, clean and paint the dinghy, scrape barnacles off the bottom of the boat, I can show you whats planned and you can pick your projects. If anyone knows how to sew sunbrella canvas, that would be a huge help, I have all the materials to replace my dodger but I'm not sure if I should try to do it myself. That project we will likely outsource unless a sewing wizard shows up!
