Crew person required. 40 ft Formosa Ketch. Owner is a sailing instructor

I need someone to stand short watches opposite me.
Plan is to sail from San Blas, Pacific Mexico to Chiapas, southern Mexico, and on down to Equador.
Some experience preferred, but I can teach a keen person. No novice sailors please, should have some experience.
