Crew required to join myself and my wife for two week sailing holiday around the Greek Dodecanese Islands boarding and debarking at Kos Marina Kos Island Greece.
12th October to 26th October 2024
No previous sailing experience required,
Must be reasonably physically fit and prepared to work as a team under the supervision of the yachts qualified skipper. If you do not hold a Competent Crew Certificate or Skippers Licence and have no previous sailing experience the Skipper will instruct and teach you the basics of sailing up to Competent Crew Level.
The Yacht is a Bavaria 42 Mono Hull Yacht with in mast furling main sail and furling jib.

Three double cabins + one single berth in Saloon..
The Yacht is fully compliant with all safety equipment and is supplied with Life Jackets and Harnesses EPERB, Dinghy, Life Raft. PLB. Flares, Marine Radios and more.
Easy sailing days 3-5 hours sailing each day possibly longer sailing time on some days depending on wind and weather conditions with time for anchoring for lunch and swimming on most days in the warm beautiful clear blue Greek waters and mooring at or anchoring in different small Greek harbours each night.
Two Double Berth Cabins + One Saloon Single Berth available. Couples can share a double berth cabin. Single people can share or have a double cabin for their sole use or book the single Saloon Berth.
Financial Contribution . .
£500 for single occupancy of a Double Berth Cabin £750 for two parsons sharing a Double Berth Cabin or £350 for the singe Saloon Berth + £50 per person on board food kitty this is for two weeks holiday aboard the yacht
to cover cost of Breakfasts, Lunches and any Evening meals taken onboard whilst on nights spent at Anchor..
To keep cost down you are welcome to prepare take all your evening meals onboard at your own cost or eat ashore in the evenings also at your own cost.
All Diesel Fuel cost, Yacht End Cleaning, First and Last Nights Mooring Fees paid for by the Skipper.
Any Mooring fees for nights spent moored up in small
Greek Harbours are shared equally between all crew members including the Skipper.
Their are no overnight mooring costs for nights spent at anchore.
There will be a mixture of nights at anchor and night moored up in small Greek Harbours.
Flights directly to Kos Island or to Athens and then onward flight or ferry crossings to Kos Island to be arranged at your own cost
As an alternative to flying there is a train from London St Pancras to Athens via Brussels which takes 6 hours.
There are onward flights from Athens to Kos Island which takes one hour or a overnight ferry from Athens to Kos Island which takes 10 hours.
The Yacht has ben chartered by myself the Skipper from a main Greek Yacht Charter company from which i charter yachts each sailing season.
You will find that two weeks sailing around the Dodecanese Greek Island is a great economical way to spend a holiday with a difference and an experience most people fall in love with.

Minimum age limit adult 18 years .
Teenagers young adults 12-17 years of age welcome but must be accompanied by a responsibley adult parent or guardian aged 18 years or older.
