Panama Using PN23 Clipper Route North to Seattle

Currently in Panama City headed to Seattle via PN23 Jimmy Cornell Clipper Route. Looking to pick up one more competent crew in Panama leave August 5 or so. Currently have skipper and one competent crew. Would like one more crew person. Three hour shift at night, 4 hour shifts during day. Share food provided on boat, three people.
