Pontoon Manager in Martinique

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pontoon Manager to oversee our operations at our busy marina in beautiful Martinique. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with technical and mechanical expertise, as well as excellent sailing skills, to join our team in a stunning tropical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the pontoon area, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on pontoon equipment and vessels.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Assist and guide guests with sailing-related inquiries and services.
- Coordinate with team members to provide top-notch customer service.
- Regular reporting to management.
Requirements:
- Strong technical and mechanical skills with experience in marine operations.
- Proficient sailing skills and knowledge of maritime practices.
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Knowledge of Lagoon catamarans.
