Looking for crew to share sailing experience

I am looking for crew novice to competent to assist, share experience and generally experience sailing and new places. Flexible, lets chat and see if it works for both of us. I pay for the boat, maintenance and improvements, I ask the crew to share in food, fuel and marina fees.
I am leaving Burnham on Crouch towards the end of March / early April 2027, then S accross the channel to France. Then West to Channel Islands before heading south to Spain. After that my thoughts are to head S towards the Med. Anyone interested in a few days, a week or longer, whatever works for both of us. Let's
