Captain - Permanent - Min exp 3 years - General (Europe)
Position: Captain – 30m Private Motor Yacht
Location: Summer – Ibiza & South of France | Winter – Greece & Cyprus
Availability: Immediate
We are seeking an experienced Captain for a private, busy 30m motor yacht. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent navigational experience, and a hands-on approach to yacht management and operations.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as Captain on yachts of similar size
Strong knowledge of cruising areas: Western Mediterranean & Eastern Mediterranean
Excellent organizational, communication, and crew management skills
Fluent English
Valid licenses and certificates, including STCW and a Yachtmaster Offshore or higher
Previous experience cruising these areas and managing busy owner use will be considered a strong advantage.
