Sailing from Curaçao to Cartagena / Panama
⛵ Looking for a sailing buddy!
Hey everyone! For the past 4 years, I’ve been living a life that started with a simple love for sailing and turned into an incredible journey around the world together with my Persian cat, Gino.
I started in Croatia, spent a year sailing around Greece, crossed the Atlantic two years ago, and I’m now in Curaçao.
My next adventure is sailing from Curaçao to Cartagena, Colombia, where I’m planning to spend a few days before heading to the beautiful San Blas Islands in Panama.
I’d love to find someone to share this part of the journey with. We’ll take turns doing night watches, enjoy life at sea, explore new places, and hopefully collect some unforgettable memories along the way.
I spent six months sailing around San Blas over the past year and absolutely loved it. I know the area well and can show you some amazing little islands, hidden beaches, and special spots along the way.
The plan is to start running charters in San Blas, hopefully from December onwards. I’m still working on the details and shaping the plan, so there’s an exciting new chapter ahead!

Quick Learner & Good Company
I recently had the pleasure of spending a couple of weeks with Laurent moving his boat from Sibenik (Croatia) to Corfu (Greece). After a couple of days waiting for a weather window we opted to cross over to Italy and back over to Corfu, a total of around 400nm that took us about a week, including a couple of overnight sails. While Laurent was relatively new to sailing, he picked things up quickly and confidently, to the point that on his night shifts I was able to rest knowing I was in good hands. We faced a couple of challenges along the way and he handled them rationally and calmly. If you get a chance to sail with him take it, hes a super chill funny guy and his boat is beautiful, well setup and easy to sail for its size. I'd happily sail with him again and look forward to buddy boating with him in the future later this year.
