Crew needed for Atlantic crossing

We are looking for an experienced crew member to join us crossing from Horta in the Azores to Tarifa, Spain in mainland Europe.
The boat is a 42 foot monohull.
Onboard is captain Sloan, and 2 crew members, plus a service dog.
We'd like you to be an experienced blue water sailor, preferably with ocean crossing experience.
