Captain - Temporary / Seasonal - Spain

Location: Mediterranean Sea (summer) and Caribbean (winter)
Vessel Type: Private catamaran (length — 17 m)
Employment Type: Permanent with rotational system
Start Date: July 2025

Key Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for vessel management

Navigation, docking, and technical supervision

Ensuring safety on board

Coordination of the crew (+2 team members)

Candidate Requirements:

Valid maritime documents

Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating similar class catamarans

Excellent navigation skills

High level of responsibility, organization, communication, and flexibility

Working Conditions:

Schedule: to be agreed individually

Salary: competitive, discussed with each candidate separately

Vessel type: leisure catamaran used exclusively for private purposes
