Looking for crew to sail the Caribbean

I have recently convinced my mother of 72 to retire and try and live a more relaxed life. We have been cruising the Bahamas for a little over a month and are almost ready to tackle the Mona Passage. We are looking for someone who can help with day to day tasks as well as be friendly with us and treat my mother like family.
