Canary islands - Morocco return FRENCH or ARABIC

Leaving Las Palmas around April 2 for Fuertaventura then to Tarfaya, returning to canaries after 1-4 days there. Seeking **French or Arabic** speaking crew to help with formalities and enjoying the small, friendly port town.

Boat is a Starlight 35, comfortable performance cruiser in excellent condition. All safety gear onboard for crew including AIS beacon, spinlock 5D, and valid life raft. Set up for singlehanding, novice or experienced crew welcome.

Plan is to leave Las Palmas April 2-4, then anchor Morro Jable + gran tarajal before crossing. Each passage is approx 60nm, one likely overnight to arrive Tarfaya in daylight. Returning to canaries depending on crew desires+weather. Assuming we get along, you're welcome to stay onboard for some cruising afterward.

About me: yachtmaster offshore, 37yo, ca 10,000nm of which 5k on this boat, easygoing engineer type and passionate sailor of many types of boats. Freediving/spearfishing, beach, hiking, fishing, and generally enjoying the hopefully delightful weather.

You should fly into las palmas before April 2, or Fuertaventura April 4-5, and plan to stay until at least April 10. Ferries are available between the islands, so return flight is up to you. Check your passport+visa requirements for Morocco and Schengen (MA is visa free UK EU USA)

Costs: share food and marina est 10-30€/day.
