Sailing from Saint Martin, Caribbean to Azores

This trip will start in Saint Martin, Caribbean end of April, early May, The distance is approx. 2700 Nautical miles and should take around 25 days.

The boat is a well maintained Hallberg Rassy Monson. A very capable 31ft bluewater cruising boat that I have owned and sailed for the last 10 years. There is a Garmin in reach sytem so friends and family can track our progress as well as recieve and send texts. The boat has all the safety equipment you would exspect.

My journey started in the UK 7 years ago and I’ve covered over 10,000 nautical miles

I am looking for one or two crew members with sailing experience. This passage can be quite challenging. The space is small so you will not have your own cabin but will have your own bunk with space for your things. There is no water maker but we will carry sufficient water.

This is not a paid position but would suit someone looking to get their miles up or travel the world without flying.
