Crew member needed for Atlantic crossing E-W
I am looking for an additional crew member for our Atlantic crossing this December.
Stage 1 is La Linnéa to Gran Canaria (depart 1 December onwards)
Stage 2 Gran Canaria to St Lucia (depart 15 December onwards)
We are a crew of three. Male, aged 40-50,
but don’t let that put you off :) I have lived onboard for three years with my young family, sailing across the Mediterranean and parts of the Atlantic. They will meet me in the Caribbean and we will continue our sailing journey there.
We will sail on Beneteau 473 kitted out for a crossing of this type.
You would need to pay for your own travel. Costs for journey to be split by crew (food, fuel etc)
Sailing experience needed. Must be comfortable taking a night watch and competent with the basics of handling sails.
I am specifically interested in people with medical experience, as that is something we don’t have with the existing crew set up.
