Cartagena to Valencia via Ibiza

I am looking for 1-2 crew to sail to Valencia from Cartagena via Ibiza, leaving on the 24th of May
I am currently sailing from Lanzarote back to the Med and have 2 vacant cabins for the last leg. We need to be in Valencia before the 1st of June.
Some ocean sailing would be helpful. You must be able to keep watch and have at least basic sailing skills.
We will mainly day-sail and spend nights in marinas, with the odd night on anchor.
You must be a motivated, committed, positive person, happy to share cooking, make tea and coffee, and help keep the boat clean and tidy.
Food, fuel (hopefully not a lot), and marina costs will be shared; I will cover any other costs.
No alcohol when underway, beers in the marinas.
