Delivery from Boltenhagen Germany to Dingle, Ireland

I will be taking Liane from Boltenhagen, Germany to Dingle in Kerry, Ireland. The plan is to go through the Kiel canal and then up to Inverness. Through the Caledonian canal and then a few days cruising the Oban area. Then south through the Irish Sea to Kinsale and finally around the south of Ireland to the southwest tip of Europe, Dingle Bay which will be Liane's new home. There will be a co-skipper on the North Sea crossing.
Ideally the person would have some experience on passages and is comfortable onboard a 36' sailing boat.
As I will need to return to Ireland for my daughter's graduation, there will be a stopover in Scotland where you can stay onboard.
Any culinary skills would be a great advantage.
