Cook/Stew - Temporary / Seasonal - Indonesia
8 berth motor catamaran will be travelling with owners and friends / family for 4 weeks around Indonesia, departing from Bali.
Looking for capable cook with good knowledge of Western diet / bar experience / menu planning and provisioning.
Duties include cleaning / maintenance of guest cabins; washing; general cleaning around galley and entertainments areas.
Working with captain and 1 engineer / deckhand.
Expect someone with initiative and excellent planning / organizational skills to ensure our guests are presented with quality meals in a timely manner. Must be well versed in a variety of meal options to cater for individual preference of our guests. Experience with bar work is required as will be responsible for the preparation and serving of cocktails when requested (assistance from other crew will be available when docked) and canapes.
Good communicator able to work with owner in developing menus; provisioning; coordinating flexible meal times depending on day's activities.
Comfortable accomodation with own crew cabin including private ensuite.
