Crew on an MG Spring 25

My boat is kept at Marchwood yacht club, at the top of Southampton Water. I am looking for 1 or 2 crew to sail with me around the Solent and English Channel. Duration of trips could be a few days or a week or two. Experience would be good but not essential.
