France to Gran Canaria

I will be starting my circumnavigation in October and search for crew to sail my boat to Canary Islands starting from France .
There will be 2 legs : one from Canet-en-Roussillon to Gibraltar and one from Gibraltar to Las Palmas .
Crew should have expertise/confidence to operate the boat by himself , including night shifts .
Besides sharing the food and beverage costs I am asking crew to contribute to the use of diesel engines estimated to be 20 Euros / day / crew .
