Corsica to the Canary Islands

I'm youngish, retired early.
I'm currently residing on my boat in Corsica. It's a very nicely restored Jeanneau Melody sailing yacht of 10 metres. Quite a classic, clean, tidy, pretty and very well equipped.
I've plenty in the bank but the cost of living and boat maintenance is exceptionally high here so I've decided to sail my boat to Lanzarote this September in order to make my capital go as far as possible since prices are much better there. It's also extremely hot in Corsica and Lanzarote offers the perfect all year round climate.
Basically I'm looking for competent crew for the voyage but ideally friendship along side that so a female would be best if she can sail pretty well and handle what will be quite a challenging voyage. I've sailed to the UK before from Corsica and know I'll need someone tough with a genuine love of travel and the sea. A guy would be OK purely for the trip but ideally female competent crew is what I'm looking for. Anyone well under retirement age who is physically in trim would match well with myself. A pleasant and happy personality would of course be great.
I can cover absolutely all expenses, provide the flight, meals out, drinks at the bar and fund a wonderful trip with friendship and the delivery being the goal.
The main assistance would be for the night watch, help with docking the boat at various ports on route and should you speak some Spanish that would be a great bonus but not a necessity. I speak French moderately well. I have an Irish passport (a British one too) so I am permitted to reside in the Canary Islands. If you have an EU passport it would mean a longer term friendship is possible if all goes well.
I may take the direct route across to the Balearic Islands and jump to Gibraltar or, I may hop along the continent exploring some cities on the way. This would be decided between us.
For the long passage to Lanzarote, we may benefit from having one more on board to limit fatigue so if you have a friend yourself who might want to join for that leg, or even the entire trip, it might be a good idea for me to pay the costs of both.
The most important thing is that you would be reliable and complete the trip since it is a challenge and I need someone serious to depend on in order to get the boat successfully to Lanzarote.
I've heard it's great there. If you're fit, nice natured and with a love of travel and the sea, you would be ideal.
