Crew on Dragonfly 36

Need first mate. Share responsibilities. Captain and crew must be compatible. Boat will sail wind speed to knot speed up to 18 knots. Weather choices based on the boat and the crew enjoying the sail. Full compliment of safety gear. Sailed the boat from factory in Denmark to New York in July. Boat is new and in perfect condition with multiple independant, redundant power, navigation, communication and rigging systems. First 36 Dragonfly across the Atlantic.
Our cruise is from New York to the Caribbean. This boat is not boring like a standard monohull or cat. When you pass all the other boats relaxed and drinking your coffee, you'll feel the rush. Please read my profile. I prefer female crew because my main employee at my boat yard is a woman and more reliable than most men. No smoking mandatory.

Multiple redundant independent Power systems, 5 separate power banks, 110VAmerican & 230V EU power, 5/GPS, 2/wind speed, 2/VHF, 2/Starlinks, iridium EXE, Aux steering, extra rigging, 2/dinks, 4/sails,jackline, 7/solar panels, water maker,all tools, 2/anchores, boat unsinkable, all systems 12 volt except HW heater. Top speed 24 knots possible. Best part is cruising wind speed to knot speed from 2kn to 18knots wind speed. "Super fun" mostly level sailing. Luxury cabin space.
