Carribbean cruising to Panama
Looking for long-term crew — Caribbean to Pacific
I'm heading out on an open-ended sailing adventure and looking for a like-minded long-term crew member (or two) to join me.
I am starting with 2–4 weeks of maintenance work in Trinidad or Carriacou — a great way to get to know the boat and each other before we set sail. From there, we'll cruise the Caribbean at a relaxed pace, make our way to Panama, and then head out into the Pacific. No fixed schedule — we go with the weather and the wind.
I've sailed solo for a long time, so no experience is required — you'll learn everything hands-on as we go. What matters most to me is good life on board: sharing the work and the fun in equal measure. That means splitting up cooking, cleaning, and repairs, but also making time for games and downtime together. A boat runs better — and feels better — when everyone pitches in and enjoys the ride.
If you're looking for a genuine long-term adventure, not just a hop between ports, and want to build something real as a crew, get in touch.
