Langkawi to Seychelles
Cruising 2026–2027 — Seeking a Travel Companion
40‑foot Bavaria Cruiser, will be exploring the waters around Langkawi and Phuket for the remainder of 2026.
In 2027, she’ll begin a longer adventure:
Sri Lanka → Maldives → Seychelles
A slow, exploratory journey with plenty of time to enjoy anchorages, cultures, food, and the rhythm of life at sea.
Who I’m Looking For
I’m hoping to find a mature female travel buddy who enjoys adventure, slow travel, and the simple pleasures of cruising. Someone who’s curious, easygoing, and keen to explore new places — not in a rush, happy to share the experience, and open to planning together.
No experience needed; just a willingness to be part of the journey.
The yacht has a proud history on the water, including wins in:
• Townsville Yacht Club Commodores Cup
• Magnetic Island Race Week
• Port Douglas Clipper Cup
• Cairns to Port Douglas Race (multiple times)
In 2024 we sailed from Townsville to Selangor, joined the Raja Muda, then continued to Phuket for the King’s Cup.
After sustaining some racing damage, she spent 2025 being lovingly repaired and upgraded. She’s now a comfortable, self‑sufficient cruising yacht — complete with solar‑powered water maker, kettle, toaster, and even an air fryer. Life onboard is easy and relaxed.
