My 2026 itinerary is yet to be defined, but my idea is the following:
- June: Saronic gulf, Corinth canal, Greek Ionian islands and passage to Sicily;
- July: Aeolian islands
- August: Palermo, Ustica and surrounding area
- September: Egadi Islands.
I’m a retired professional environmental engineer, skipper since my young age. In 2012/18 I’ve been sailing my Sun Fast 43 from Sicily to French Polynesia, then I sold it there and purchased here our comfortable catamaran. Most recent years we have been sailing 5 month around SICILY minor islands, the Peloponnese, and many GREEK AEGEAN and IONIAN ISLANDS, always in good company of family, friends and guests, all contributing to general costs to a various degree. WE LOVE GREECE, but we miss BEAUTIFUL SICILY!
