Looking for a Competent Crew position
Hi - I'm interested joining a well found yacht as a Competent Crew.
I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
I have owned a smaller monohull in New Zealand and a 38ft performance Catamaran in Brisbane .
Having worked in commercial boats and sailed recreationally understand the living space in a boat and like to be a positive member of the team.
I don't get seasick , drink at sea,take drugs ,need to be constantly chatting,etc .
Generally fit and healthy - Sound mind and body.Quite adventurous.
Financially secure.
Allow me to suggest that generally I am calm,patient ,quietly competent,relaxed and friendly.
I don't get flustered easily .Very comfortable on the helm at night.

Radio operators cert
Marine engine driver
Coxswains cert .
I have skills in engines,12 volt electrics,welding and fabrication and can turn a hand to most mechanical problems.
Very experienced remote area scuba diver and fisherman .
Gathering and sharing the seas food bounty with fellow adventurers.
I can cook and superb seafood meal is my specialty
Happy to contribute to general duties ,maintenance and costs.
Safety at sea seriously is the first priority
Have my own safety gear:
Dive gear,Fishing gear.
Travel insurance.
Can crew for weeks or months.
Interested in cruising to remote locations, diving, fishing,
