Looking for a Mile building, Voluntary work, Competent Crew or 1st Mate position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Mile building, Voluntary work, Competent Crew on sailing yachts. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people! RYA coastal skipper with a couple of thousand miles through the log.
I'm based in Europe and looking for paid or unpaid delivery work, crewing, skippering under 15m.
I'm comfortable short handed, standing solo/night watched, comfortable at the helm, with lines in my hand, and as comfortable in command as I am taking orders.
I'm easy to get along with, speak multiple languages and a pretty decent navigator. Sailing all my life and looking to do more and more of it as I move away from the office and onto the water.
I'm not terrible in the galley either
