Looking for a Summer Captain, Delivery Captain or Delivery Crew or 1st Mate position
Hi - I'm new to Crewbay.
I'm interested in finding a paid position as a Captain, Delivery Crew or 1st Mate in the Mediterranean or Arab Gulf from mid July to mid September 2025.
Languages: I am Fluent in English and almost fluent in Arabic and elementary in Spanish and Italian.
I'm working on my RYA Yachtmaster this summer and should have it completed by the first week of July 2025. I've Skippered 4 different cruiser boats between 37'-60': 2 Catamarans and 2 mono-hauls cruisers. I Skippered in Galveston, Texas and the Cyclades, Greece and lastly Lebanon coastline. I started sailing as a child with a sunfish and Hobie Cat.
I'm organized, tidy, friendly, patient, kind, hard worker, self-disciplined, self starter, quick learner, good management and communication skills.
I don't smoke or drink but fine if others do.
I have no food allergies.
Your safety and the safety of the boat is my number 1 priority.
I am scuba open water certified. Decent swimming and diving skills.

I enjoy playing most sports, particularly tennis, volleyball, fishing, rock climbing, spearfishing, riding horses.
Also enjoy hammocking and birdwatching, sometimes simultaneously.
I love nature and an Environmental Scientist by study. Previously worked 7 years in the oil and gas industry, particularly in water filtration; purchasing, managing logistics team, and servicing maintenance repair for water filters.
