Looking for a Novice Crew, Friendship or Voluntary work position

Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew, Friendship or Voluntary work. I have just a little sailing experience (4 weeks) - I absolutely love being on the water and I am eager to learn and I don't mind hard work… also very easy going.
