Looking for a Mile building, Voluntary work or Novice Crew position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Mile building, Voluntary work or Novice Crew. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people! My name is Andrea and I'm a sailing enthusiast with the goal of becoming a skipper. At the end of April, I obtained my boating license, and starting next year I plan to pursue the RYA certifications. This summer, I’d like to gain experience on sailing boats as a crew helper, as I haven’t accumulated much hands-on experience yet — although I have spent up to two weeks on sailing boats, but only as a passenger.
I may be lacking in experience, but I’m eager to learn and very motivated.
I consider myself a friendly and open-minded person, and I have no issues adapting to life in the confined space of a boat.
