Hard-Working Rookie Deckhand | Open to Delivery Crew | Available Early 2026
I’m a 22-year-old rookie from Finland. Grew up in freezing weather, started working young, and never been afraid of getting my hands dirty. I’ve done cleaning, construction, and spent the last three years driving a taxi full-time — day, night, snow, whatever. Not glamorous, but you learn a lot about staying calm, being responsible, and dealing with all kinds of people.
Right now I’m working in a bank’s KYC department. Never done anything like it before, but I picked it up quick — same mindset I’d bring to a boat. You show me what to do, and I’ll figure it out.
I’m not here with sailing certificates or perfect credentials. I’m here because I want to learn the hard way, do the dirty jobs, and prove myself by doing — not talking. You need someone to clean, carry, stand night watch, or help with guests? I’m in. If it’s a smaller boat and you’re cool with it, I’d even be confident helping drive after some training — I’ve been behind the wheel long enough to know what real responsibility feels like.
I don’t expect comfort or praise. I’m just looking for a captain or crew that sees potential in someone who’s raw but ready.
