Experienced skipper & ex-Estonia team sailor seeking captain or first mate position

My name is Viktoria Farber. I am looking for a position as a yacht captain or first mate.
I have been sailing since the age of 4 and have dedicated my life to the sea. With over 8 years of professional experience as a captain and a strong competitive background, I bring both passion and professionalism on board.
Sailing since childhood: started at 4 years old
Captain experience: 8+ years
Former member of the Estonian Olympic sailing team
Regatta experience: prizewinner of European, Estonian, and other championships in Optimist class.
International racing practice: Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland
Since 2017 on a yachts more than 35 f.
I am highly motivated, safety-oriented, and always open to teamwork and new challenges. My competitive sailing background has given me discipline, quick decision-making skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.
I am looking for opportunities to join a yacht as a captain or first mate for deliveries, charters, regattas, or private cruising. Whether it’s professional racing support or leisure sailing, I am confident in my ability to contribute to the crew and ensure safe, enjoyable voyages.
Available for short- or long-term projects, open to international opportunities.
