Looking for a novice crew position
Hi! I’ve just joined Crewbay and I’m looking for a position as a Novice Crew, Racing Crew, Volunteer, Deckhand, or Assistant Cook—honestly, anything that gets me out on the water at minimal cost. I recently graduated with my bachelor’s degree and am eager to start a new adventure where I can challenge myself, learn new skills, and grow through hands-on experience.
While I’ve had the chance to explore sailing a little with friends on small Sunfish, I haven’t yet had the opportunity to be on a boat full-time. I’m highly motivated, quick to learn, and always ready to pitch in. I know how to be a supportive, hard-working member of a team, and I’m excited to get started.
