Looking for a Voluntary work position

Hi! I'm currently in Sagres, Portugal until the end of August 2025.
After that, I'm hoping to sail back toward Croatia – ideally near Zadar – by joining a crew on an eastbound journey.

I’ve only been sailing twice so far, so I’m very new to sailing – but I’m:
– reliable and respectful
– a fast and motivated learner
– happy to help with cooking, watches, cleaning, and other daily tasks on board

I speak fluent English and Slovenian, I also understand and speak Serbo-Croatian, and have a basic understanding of Spanish.
I'm easygoing, open-minded, and excited about meaningful experiences – not luxury.

I’d love to join a kind skipper or crew heading east toward Gibraltar, the Mediterranean, or the Adriatic in late August or early September.
