Looking for a Deckhand position
AVAILABLE FOR CARRIBEAN SEASON | SKIPPER | DECKHAND | SAILING & MOTOR YACHTS
British & South African dual-nationality deckhand available from 10th November for skipper or deckhand roles.
Previous work as a 1st mate on a delivery across Spain aboard an X-Yacht 119, assisting with route planning and paperwork alongside solo navigation and night watches. Spent August 2026 working as a captain aboard a day charter in the Maddalena archipelago, was a solo deck role, managing the exterior of the boat and guests alongside a hostess in winds up to 27 knots.
Prior to yachting, I spent five years working as a Client Manager in London, developing excellent communication, organisation and client service skills.
Currently based in: Cape Town
Available: 10th November onwards
