Looking for a Novice Crew position

I've worked on multiple cruise lines and loved to be at sea and decided after a long time to go for it. Took out a small boat with my wife in Sardinia and wanted to learn more. Taking courses here in Malaga, Spain so any advice is welcome. Positive work ethics and would love to see what's out there.
So I guess I have zero mileage XP as I'm told cruise ships don't count. No problem I'm still open to new experiences.
