Looking for Sailing work.
I’m Luke — 24, British, Yachtmaster Coastal (Commercially Endorsed). In just 5 months I’ve logged ~3,000 NM: including a Yacht Delivery around the bottom of Africa from Durban to Cape Town, competed in the Palermo–Monte Carlo yacht race, and various Channel crossings/UK coastal passages. I’ve helmed in storms, reefed at night, and stood my watches in gale-force winds.
I’m relatively new to sailing, but I learn fast and throw myself into my work. I'm strong, fit, and resilient (rugby player, farming/bricklaying background). I turned down a London law career for the life of the sea, out of love for adventure.
What I bring:
Strong, fit, and resilient.
Proven stamina on tough offshore passages.
Hands-on, practical, and unafraid of hard work.
Easy to get on with, reliable, and steady under pressure.
If you want crew who will graft, stay calm when it gets rough, and keep pushing when others tire — I’d be glad to join your team.
