Looking for a 1st Mate, Deckhand, Captain or Racing crew position

I am a 30-year-old civil engineer with 5000 nm. I started sailing on Optimist and Laser dinghies at the age of 7, and since then I’ve continued practicing and regularly participated in regattas. I obtained my license for inland waterways in 2017. From 2017 I started skippering our 30 footer sloop. In 2025, I received my skipper license category "C", but I'm planning to go for Yachtmaster ocean. My plans include working as a charter or delivery skipper, and I would also like to participate in one of the Rolex offshore races.
