Looking for a Deckhand position
Im a green Deckhand looking for work.
With hands-on experience in vessel maintenance, mooring, and technical operations, supported by strong qualifications, I am eager to bring my skills and work ethic to your crew while continuing to build a career in the yachting industry.
I have day worked for Polyprotected Global and Travelopia (Leopard, Sunsail, Moorings) for a total of six weeks, where I gained practical experience in washdowns, polishing, ceramic coating, and commissioning of vessels. I also assisted in mooring and docking operations, ensuring safety and efficiency on deck. My AV background further strengthens my profile, with skills in troubleshooting, lighting, and sound system operation that could prove valuable for guest entertainment or onboard events.
I hold STCW 2010 (including DSD), MCA ENG1, RYA Powerboat Level 2, RYA PWC, RYA Radar, VHF Radio (SRC), and Diesel Engine certifications, as well as advanced deckhand training through SYTA. Physically fit, hardworking, and adaptable, I am confident in my ability to contribute positively to your team.
My long-term goal is to grow within the industry and work toward Bosun or Officer roles. I will be available in one week to allow time to acquire the necessary visa and would welcome the chance to demonstrate my commitment and enthusiasm in person.
