Crew member seeking a transatlantic crossing
Hi sailors,
My name is Noah, I'm 24 years old and I've just finished my studies in humanitarian logistics. Now I'm free
and ready to make this project, which has been on my mind for several years, a reality.
I'd like to set sail at the end of November for the the Caribbean or somewhere else on the other side of the Atlantic. I'm flexible about where we set sail from in Europe, and my thumb will take me anywhere.
I've sailed a few times when I was younger (a week in Corsica, a week crossing to New Caledonia, and a week's training course on a mini-cata). I consider myself more of a novice, but I am very comfortable on a boat and especially motivated by the desire to learn to sail and discover this world that fascinates me.
I love to learn, discover and meet new people. I am very curious and resourceful.
My plan is to cross the Atlantic and travel around South America, to discover a little more of the marine world, to share an experience, to take the time to travel.
I am used to living with others and I enjoy it. Having lived in shared accommodation with between 3 and 20 people (volunteering for an association) I easily adapt to any type of lifestyle.
Living on a boat for several weeks really appeals to me! I enjoy cooking, fishing and helping out the group.
And above all, I love living barefoot
