Looking for a Stew/Deck, Steward(ess), Deckhand or 3rd Steward/ess position
Hi! I’ve recently joined Crewbay and I’m actively seeking opportunities as a Stew/Deck, Steward, Deckhand, 2nd or 3rd Steward.
I bring a strong hospitality and guest-facing background, with experience in sales, customer service, and high-pressure environments. I’m confident working long hours, maintaining high standards, and delivering a positive guest experience at all times. I’m well-presented, approachable, and take pride in being detail-oriented and proactive.
I have excellent communication skills, work well as part of a team, and adapt quickly to new routines and expectations. I’m hands-on, physically capable, and equally comfortable assisting on deck, supporting interior operations, or interacting directly with guests.
With a background in marketing, retail, and client engagement, I understand the importance of professionalism, discretion, and service excellence. I’m eager to learn, highly motivated, and looking forward to gaining experience, contributing positively to a crew, and meeting new people within the industry.
