Looking for a Mile building or Competent Crew position

Looking for mile building opportunities.
I have about 1000 nM last year, mostly singlehanded, both sail and motor. Experience gained in Baltic Sea.
I have done Swedish maritime training, both practical and theoretical.
I have zero experience in multi day/night passage and would like to gain experience.
I feel very comfortable in the water, have been diving since I was a kid. Have surfed, kayaking and other watersport activities.
I used to be working in construction and engineering before I retired, since then I have mostly been traveling.
