Looking for a Competent Crew or Mile building position on a sailboat

Hi -
I am looking for some sailing experience and to build some miles.
I am Glasgow based but relatively flexible for a good trip and experience. I have the Day Skipper certification and hopefully by end of next week the VHF radio cert too.
I am considered a decent cook, and an open minded chat partner.
