I am looking for a meaningful sailing experience where I can truly be part of a crew and contribute actively to life on board.
More than just a passage, I am interested in learning, sharing responsibilities, and committing for a few weeks or longer if the atmosphere and project fit well.
I am motivated to gain offshore experience, improve my sailing skills, and be involved in daily operations, maintenance and watches. I enjoy being connected to nature and the ocean, and I value teamwork, respect and a positive mindset on board.
I am not looking for a cheap crossing, but for a real human and sailing experience where everyone contributes equally and supports each other.
