Looking for a Novice Crew, Mile building or Voluntary work position

Hi - I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew, Mile building or Voluntary work. I plan to do my Yachtmaster qualification in September 2027 so I am looking to build experience in the summer of 2026. Ideally in and around Europe between late May-September 2026.

Ideally I want to be on sailing yachts 30ft+

I am very flexible with the lengths and costs of the trip within the end of May and early September.
