Skipper couple looking to join as crew for a great time at the sea – Greece / Italy – May (flexible dates, max 10 days)

We are Mateo and Juliana, a couple from Patagonia, Argentina, looking to join a sailboat as crew during our trip in May 2026.

We are both certified skippers and sail regularly in our day-to-day life. We own a small sailboat in Río de la Plata (Buenos Aires), where we sail almost every week. Over the years, we’ve joined different passages as crew, including routes between Argentina and Uruguay, along the eastern coast of Brazil, and in the Sea of Cortez (Mexico).

We’ll be flying from Germany to Greece on May 14th, and we’re looking to join a boat from mid to late May — ideally for about a week, but we’re flexible. We’re also open to opportunities in southern Italy or Sardinia.

We genuinely enjoy being at sea: the connection with nature, weather, and the rhythm of sailing. We’re comfortable participating in all aspects on board — sailing, maneuvering, watchkeeping, cooking, and general boat life — and we like to contribute as part of a team.

On a personal level, we enjoy good conversation as much as quiet moments. We value curiosity, learning from others, and a collaborative attitude when facing challenges. And, of course, we appreciate good food and sharing it on board.
