Ready to step onboard as a Junior Deckhand or Deck/Stew!
Hello Captains!
I’m looking to continue developing my yachting career and step onboard as a Junior Deckhand or Deck/Stew.
Through different Daywork positions as a Deckhand, I’ve gained hands-on experience and built a good understanding of life and work onboard, and I’m really excited to bring that experience to a new crew and continue improving my skills at sea.
With 8 years of experience in luxury hospitality, I’ve developed a strong eye for detail, high standards of service, and the ability to anticipate guests needs.
Having grown up close to the sea, I’ve always felt very comfortable in the water. A few years ago I started surfing and realised how much being in the ocean makes me feel at home. I’m a strong swimmer, physically fit, and enjoy active, hands-on work.
I love creating great experiences for people, and I’m excited about combining my hospitality background with my passion for the sea.
I hold all my current maritime qualifications, including:
· STCW
· ENG1
·Powerboat Level II
and I’ve also completed my RYA Competent Crew, gaining experience at sea and practising the main duties of a Deckhand.
I’m currently based in Barcelona (just a 5-minute walk from Marina Port Vell) and I don't have any commitments on land holding me back from joining a crew and starting this new chapter.
I’m eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to give my best in both deck and interior roles. I would love the opportunity to grow within a crew and contribute with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
