Looking for a Deckhand, Voluntary work or Steward(ess) position

Hi, I'm 19 years old and graduated from high school in Germany. Before heading off to university I would love to explore the world, meet new people, go on adventures and learn new skills. I'm interested in finding a position as a Deckhand, Voluntary work or Steward(ess). But I'm also open for jobs as a Nanny.
I’m looking forward to travelling the world by sailing even though I don’t have any experience yet.
